Scooter Borneo Sabah Scooter Rental Agreement : No Signature Required.

By renting a scooter from Scooter Borneo Sabah , the customer agrees to and accepts all of the following terms and conditions of this agreement.

Rental terms

• Rental Fee and Deposit : The customer agrees to pay the specified rental fee for the rental period. A security deposit of Rm 200, may be required and will be returned upon the scooter's timely return in its original condition, minus any costs for damages.

• Rental period : The rental period begins at the time of checkout and ends at the specified return time. A late fee of Rm10 will be charged for every 1 hour that the scooter is late.

• Condition of the Scooter : The customer acknowledges that the scooter is received in good working condition and agrees to return in the same condition, aside from normal wear and tear.

• Use and Maintenance : The customer agrees to use the scooter prudently and only on suitable paved roads, not to be used for commercial purposes or in races. The customer is responsible for routine checks, such as tire pressure and fuel (RON 95 in malaysia) and battery charge level.

Liability and Risk

• Assumption of Risk: The customer voluntarily assumes all risks related to the use of the scooter, including the risk of accident, injury, death and property damage.

• Indemnification : The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Scooter Borneo Sabah harmless from any claims, liabilities, or costs that arise from the customer's use of the scooter.

• No warranties : Scooter Borneo Sabah provides the scooter "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding its condition or fitness for a particular purpose.

Damage Loss and Theft

• The customer is fully responsible for all damage to or loss of the scooter, regardless of fault, and must cover the cost of repairs or replacement.

• Any accident, damage or theft must be reported immediately to Scooter Borneo sabah and the local police.

Customer's Obligation

• Licensing and Safety : The customer certifies that they have all necessary licenses and are competent to operate the scooter. The use of helmet is mandatory.

• Prohibted use : The scooter must not be operated under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or by anyone not authorized under this agreement.

• Traffic Laws : The customer must obey all local traffic laws. Any fines or penalities incurred are customer's responsibility.
